Orders must be placed by Thursday at 12pm for collection on Friday or Saturday.
Freshly prepared and ready to cook.

Cooking Instructions – Dingley Dell Pork Sausages

Remove the sausages from the fridge 10–15 minutes before cooking.

Pan fry (recommended)

Heat a frying pan over a medium heat with a little oil. Add the sausages and cook gently, turning regularly, for 12–15 minutes until golden all over and cooked through.

Oven cook

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Place the sausages on a tray and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until evenly coloured and cooked through.

BBQ

Cook over a medium heat, turning frequently, for 12–15 minutes. Avoid very high heat to prevent the skins splitting.

Sausages are cooked when piping hot throughout and the juices run clear.
